 Fan is a general-purpose equipment. The failure of fan vibration is not resolved in time, not only to damage the fan equipment.  The failure of the fan to continue operation will involve the normal operation of the entire production system and equipment, affecting the production of the enterprise and causing large economic losses.  Fan vibration and bearing damage are mainly caused by several factors: 1. Mechanical components of fan structure A, vibration caused by insufficient rigidity of the bearing seat foundation Poor foundation grouting, loose anchor bolts, loose gaskets, loose seat connection Will cause severe forced resonance phenomenon .  Because the fan is running for a long time, the screw of a certain part is loose, which causes the fan to vibrate.  Such as: bell mouth, protective net, belt protective cover, rain cover, bearing, motor base, shock absorber, etc.  Countermeasure: Check and tighten the tightness of each screw.  B. Coupling and motor are not concentric.  The coupling is not installed correctly, the fan and the motor shaft are not concentric, and when the fan and the motor shaft are aligned, the amount of axial displacement compensation during operation is not considered, which will cause the fan and motor to vibrate.  Countermeasure: Adjust the concentricity of the fan and the motor for the center coupling.  C, bearing damage, causing fan vibration.  Fan lubricants are not maintained properly, resulting in bearing damage and vibration.  Countermeasure: According to the running time of the fan, use appropriate lubricants and proper lubrication and maintenance.  The fan runs for 8 hours, once every 2 months for lubrication and maintenance; the fan runs for 12 hours, once every month for lubrication and maintenance; the fan runs for 24 hours, once every half month for lubrication and maintenance.  D. Vibration caused by friction between dynamic and static parts.  For example, the friction between the outlet of the collector and the inlet of the impeller, the friction between the impeller and the casing, and the friction between the main shaft and the sealing device.  Countermeasures: Readjust the gap between the bell mouth and the impeller, and the gap between the main shaft and the sealing device.  2. Impeller imbalance fan is used in the presence of dust or other non-clean gas, causing the impeller to wear (mainly the blade) is uneven or corroded; the surface of the blade has uneven deposits or attachments (such as rust); hollow blades or other The cavity in the part is sticky; the high temperature of the main shaft causes the shaft to bend; the balance of the impeller is not found after maintenance; the impeller is not strong enough to cause the impeller to crack or locally deform, causing the impeller to be out of balance.  Countermeasure: There is ash or attachment on the surface of the impeller. Clean the impeller thoroughly, check the wear belt or replace it, and clean and maintain the impeller regularly.  If necessary, install a filtering device at the air inlet.  The impeller wears out, causing the impeller to be out of balance. Redo the impeller's dynamic balance .  3. Fan system A, fan duct vibration This kind of vibration is caused by the pressure pulsation and disturbance of the air flow in the duct system.  Countermeasure: Check the duct direction of the duct, and modify the duct direction if necessary.  B. Fan Surge A fan with a hump-shaped performance curve works in an unstable area, and when the capacity in the system is large, the flow, head and power of the fan will fluctuate greatly in a moment. , Cause severe vibration and noise.  Surge is a manifestation of the oscillation characteristics after the performance of the fan is coupled with the piping device. Its amplitude and frequency are dominated by the capacity of the piping system of the fan, and the fluctuations in flow, pressure, and power are caused by the unstable operating area.  Countermeasure: Check the ventilation of the duct air valve of the entire ventilation system, and check the air volume and air pressure values in the system.  Open the maintenance door in the system and place the fan in the outdoor system: if the vibration disappears, it means that the fan's vibration is caused by the ventilation system ; if the vibration exists, it has nothing to do with the ventilation system , but the fan itself or the installation structure caused the vibration.  C. Fan resonance The vibration frequency of the fan and the vibration frequency of the shock absorber are at the same frequency, causing the vibration of the whole machine or the fan room.  Countermeasures: Adjust the shock absorber of the fan, change the frequency of the shock absorber, and change the vibration frequency of the whole machine.  Fan vibration causes bearing damage, bearing maintenance. Above are the basic reasons and solutions for fan vibration and bearing damage.  The specific reason needs to understand the problem from the use of the on-site fan, and then solve the problem of fan vibration.  Need to restore normal production and life.
