  • I. Overview of the fan
    The 4-68 centrifugal fan can be used as general ventilation, and its use conditions are as follows:
    1. Application place: As the indoor ventilation of general factories and large buildings, it can be used as input gas and output gas.
    2. Gas types: air and other non-combustible gases that are harmless to the human body and non-corrosive to steel materials.
    3. Impurities in the gas: No viscous substances are allowed in the gas, and the dust and hard particles are not more than 150mg / m 3 .
    4. Gas temperature: should not exceed 80 o C.

When viewed from one end of the motor, the impeller rotating in a clockwise direction is called a clockwise rotation fan, which is expressed in clockwise, and the impeller rotating in a counterclockwise direction is called a counterclockwise rotating fan, which is expressed in a counterclockwise direction.

The impeller and casing of the fan are directly fixed on the motor shaft and flange; ~ 12.5 adopts cantilever support device, which is divided into two types: C type (belt drive) and D type (coupling drive); №16 and 20 are belt drive of B type cantilever support device, and the pulley is installed in the middle of the bearing.
    №2.8 ~ 5 of the fan are mainly composed of direct-connected motors distributed by impellers, casings, air inlets, etc. №6.3 ~ 20 have transmission parts in addition to the above.
    4. Installation, adjustment and trial operation of the fan⒈ Before installation: A comprehensive inspection should be carried out on each part of the fan to see if the parts are complete, whether the direction of rotation of the impeller and the casing is consistent, whether the parts are tightly connected, and the impeller, main shaft, and bearings Whether the main parts are damaged, whether the transmission group is flexible and so on. If problems are found, they should be fixed and adjusted immediately.
    ⒉ During installation: Pay attention to check the case. There should be no tools and sundries falling into the case. On some joint surfaces, in order to prevent rust and reduce disassembly difficulties, some grease and mechanical oil should be applied. . The connection surface between the fan and the foundation, the inlet and outlet ducts should be adjusted so that they fit naturally. It must not be forcibly connected, and the pipe weight must not be added to each part of the fan. Pay attention to ensure the horizontal position of the fan.
    ⒊ Installation requirements ① Install according to the position and dimensions shown in the drawing. In order to ensure high efficiency, the axial and radial clearance dimensions of the air inlet and the impeller must be especially ensured.
    ② When installing №6.3 ~ 12.5D type fan, it is necessary to ensure the horizontal position of the fan main shaft and the coaxiality of the motor shaft. The installation of the coupling must meet the technical requirements for the installation of flexible couplings.
    For C-type transmission fans, the grooves of the main shaft V-belt and the motor V-belt must not be misaligned.
    ③ After installation: try to pull out the transmission unit to check if it is too tight or collided. If it is found to be wrong, it must be adjusted.
    的 The trial operation of the fan is completely installed, and the trial operation can be performed only after the general inspection is passed.
    In order to prevent the motor from being burned due to overload, the fan must be started and commissioned without load (close the gate in the pipeline). If the condition is good, then the continuous operation test of normal conditions (specified full pressure and flow rate) of the sluice is then opened at full load. The trial run time of the new installation is not less than 2 hours, and the trial run time of the repair and installation is not less than half an hour. If there is no abnormal phenomenon, it can be officially used.
    The power used by the fan refers to the power consumption and the safety factor due to mechanical loss under specific working conditions. During the operation, the current should be strictly controlled, and the rated value of the motor must not be exceeded, otherwise the motor will be burned.
    V. Operation of the fan⒈ Before starting the fan, the following preparations should be performed:
    ① Close the gate.
    ② Check the clearance size of each part of the fan, and check whether there is collision or friction between the rotating part and the fixed part.
    ③ In the radial direction of the impeller, no one should stand near the coupling or the pulley. To avoid danger. Couplings or pulleys should be equipped with safety covers.
    ④ Check whether the bearing lubricant is sufficient.
    ⒉ When the fan reaches normal speed after starting, gradually open the large gate until the specified load. During the running process, the temperature rise of the bearing should not be higher than 40 ℃, and the temperature of the table should not be higher than 70 ℃.
    ⒊ If abnormal phenomena such as severe vibration, impact and rapid temperature rise of the fan are found, the machine must be stopped immediately to find out the cause.
    6. Fan maintenance <br /> In order to avoid human failures and accidents caused by improper maintenance, prevent natural failures in various aspects of fans and motors, so as to give full play to the effectiveness of the equipment and extend the service life of the equipment. Therefore, the maintenance of fans must be strengthened.
    1. Precautions for fan maintenance work:
    (1) Operate only when the fan equipment is completely normal.
    (2) If the fan equipment is started after maintenance, pay attention to whether the parts of the fan are normal.
    (3) Regularly check the dust, dirt and other impurities inside the fan and gas transmission pipeline, and prevent rust.
    (4) In order to ensure personal safety, the maintenance work of the fan must be carried out while stopping.
    2. Precautions during normal fan operation:
    (1) If it is found that the flow is too large, does not meet the requirements for use, or requires less flow for a short period of time, the gate can be adjusted to meet the requirements for use.
    (2) The sensitivity of the thermometer and oil gauge of the bearing box should be checked regularly.
    (3) In the process of driving, stopping or running the fan, if any abnormality is found, it should be checked immediately.
    (4) For minor faults found during inspection, the cause should be found in time to eliminate them. If major faults are found, they should be stopped immediately for maintenance.
    (5) In addition to changing the lubricant after each disassembly, the lubricant should also be changed regularly under normal circumstances.
    (6) It is necessary to correct the slippage when the belt is elongated.
    7. Causes of failures during fan operation剧烈 Vibration of the bearing box is severe:
    (1) Friction between the casing or the air inlet and the impeller;
    (2) the stiffness of the foundation is insufficient or not strong;
    (3) The impeller rivet is loose or the impeller is deformed;
    (4) The hole of the impeller shaft disc is loosely matched with the shaft, and the coupling bolt is loose;
    (5) Loose bolts such as casing and bracket, bearing box and bracket, bearing box cover and bearing seat are loose;
    (6) Poor installation of air inlet and outlet pipes of fans;
    (7) The impeller is deformed, the blades are worn, the blades have ash, dirt and shaft bending, which makes the rotor unbalanced;
    (8) The fan shaft is not concentric with the motor shaft, and the coupling is misaligned.
    轴承 Bearing temperature rise is too high:
    (1) The bearing box vibrates violently;
    (2) The grease is of poor quality, deteriorates, and contains impurities, such as dust, sand, dirt, etc., or the filling amount is improper;
    (3) The tightening force of the bearing box cover and the seat bolt is too large or too small;
    (4) The shaft and rolling bearing are installed at an angle, and the front and rear bearings are not concentric;
    (5) The rolling bearing is damaged or the shaft is bent.
    电动机 Excessive motor current and excessive temperature rise:
    (1) The gate or throttle in the intake duct is not closed tightly when driving;
    (2) The density of the gas delivered by the fan is too high or the temperature is too low, which makes the pressure too large;
    (3) The input voltage of the motor is too low, the single-phase power failure of the power supply or the speed of the motor increases;
    (4) The coupling is incorrectly connected, the aprons are too tight or the gaps are uneven.
    (5) Affected by the severe vibration of the bearing box.
    VIII. Complete supply range of stand-alone products ① The transmission mode is A: One fan, one supporting motor, one set of anchor bolts (4 sets).
    ② The transmission method is C, B: one fan, one supporting motor, one pair of motor slides (two sets), one pair of anchor bolts (№6.3: 4 sets, №8 or more), one motor pulley , A pair of triangle tape.
    ③ The transmission method is D: one fan, one supporting motor, one set of anchor bolts (№6.3: 4 sets, №8 or more 8 sets), and a set of couplings.
