  • I. Use

    The 4-79 type centrifugal fan (hereinafter referred to as fan) can be used for general ventilation and ventilation .
    1. Application place: As the indoor ventilation of general factories and large buildings, it can be used as input gas and output gas.   
    2. Impurities in the gas: No viscous substances are allowed in the gas, and the dust and hard particles contained in the gas are not more than 150mg / m 3 .   
    3. Gas types: air and other gases that are not spontaneous, harmless to the human body, and non-corrosive to steel materials.
    4. Gas temperature: should not exceed 80 o C.
    III.     The outlet position of the fan is indicated by the outlet angle of the casing. The 4 ~ 79 type fans №3 ~ №12 are made into a type before leaving the factory, and the user unit is reinstalled to the required position according to requirements. Do not specify when ordering. №3 outlet position adjustment range is 0 ° ~ 225 °, the interval is 45 °. №3.5 ~ 6 The position of the air outlet can be adjusted from 0 ° to 225 °, and the interval is 22.5 °. №3 ~ 6's transmission method is A-type transmission. The position adjustment range of №7 ~ 8 air outlet is 0 ° ~ 180 °, the interval is 22.5 °, the transmission method of №7 ~ 8 is C type transmission, and the transmission method of №10 ~ 20 is E type transmission. №10 ~ 20 air outlet positions are made of three fixed types: 0 °, 90 °, and 180 °, which cannot be adjusted. Please specify when ordering. №5 ~ 20 double air inlet types are all made of three fixed air outlet positions: 0 °, 90 °, 180 °. The transmission mode is E-type transmission, which must be specified when ordering.
    №3 ~ 6 of 4-79 type fan are mainly composed of direct-connected motors distributed by impeller, casing, air inlet, etc. №7 ~ 20 have transmission parts in addition to the above parts.
    Fifth, the installation and use of the fan < br 安装 Before installation, first prepare the installation materials and tools, and check the parts of the fan. The impeller, the main shaft, and the bearings should be inspected particularly carefully. If damage is found, it should be repaired, and then the inside of the bearing box should be cleaned with kerosene.
    The following points must be noted during the installation process:
    1. On some joints, in order to prevent rust and reduce disassembly difficulties, some grease or mechanical oil should be applied.
    2. When fixing the bolts on the joint surface, if there are positioning pins, the pins should be tightened before tightening the bolts.
    3. Check the inside of the cabinet and other casings, and there should be no falling tools or debris.
    Installation requirements:
    ⒈ When installing the fan, the weight of the gas pipeline should not be added to the casing. Pay attention to the size of the gap between the air inlet and the impeller, and maintain the axial horizontal position.
    ⒉ When installing the air inlet pipe, you can directly use the bolt of the air inlet itself to connect. At this time, the air inlet is fixed by three countersunk screws.
    时 When the air outlet is installed at an angle, the rear disc is properly rotated to keep the label in a horizontal position. Among them, №7 ~ 12 angle steel flange surface should be kept horizontal.
    后 After the fan is installed, move the rotor by hand or lever to check whether there is excessive tightening or collision. Only test the rotation without these phenomena.
    后 After the motor is installed, install the pulley guard. If the air inlet is not connected to the air inlet duct, it is also necessary to add protective nets or other safety devices (user-supplied).
    The power of the electric motor used in the ventilator refers to the power required under the specific working conditions, plus mechanical losses and due reserves, when the air outlet is fully open. If the outlet or inlet of the fan is run dry without being connected to the pipeline or without external resistance, the motor may also be burned. For safety reasons, a valve should be added to the fan's outlet or inlet pipeline, and it should be closed when the motor is started, and the valve should be opened slowly after running until the specified operating conditions are reached, and pay attention to whether the motor current exceeds the specified value.
    6. Fan maintenance <br /> In order to avoid human failures and accidents caused by improper maintenance, prevent natural failures and accidents in all aspects of fans and motors, so as to give full play to the effectiveness of the equipment and extend the service life of the equipment, It is necessary to strengthen the maintenance of the fan.
    制度 Fan maintenance work system Fan maintenance personnel must pay attention to the following points:
    1. Operate only when the fan equipment is completely normal.
    2. If the fan equipment is started after maintenance, please pay attention to whether all parts of the fan are normal.
    3. Regularly remove dust, dirt, water and other impurities inside the fan and gas transmission pipeline, and prevent rust.
    4. Repair of fan equipment must not be performed during operation.
    注意 Precautions during normal fan operation
    1. If it is found that the flow is too large, does not meet the requirements for use, or requires less flow in a short period of time, it can be adjusted with a throttling device.
    2. The sensitivity of thermometers and oil labels should be checked regularly.
    3. During the driving, stopping or running of the fan, if any abnormality is found, it should be repaired immediately.
    ⒋ For minor faults found in the inspection, the cause should be found in time to eliminate or deal with them. If minor faults cannot be eliminated, or major faults are found, they should be repaired immediately.
    ⒌ In addition to changing the lubricant after each disassembly, the lubricant should also be changed regularly.
    主要 The main faults and causes of the fan During the operation of the fan, some faults may occur. For the faults that occur, the cause must be quickly identified and resolved in time to prevent accidents.
    The main faults of the fan are:
    1. The bearing box vibrates violently ① The casing or air inlet rubs against the impeller.
    ② The stiffness of the foundation is insufficient or not strong.
    ③ The impeller rivets are loose or the disk is deformed.
    ④ The impeller shaft disc and shaft are loose.
    ⑤ The connecting bolts such as casing and bracket, bearing box and bracket, bearing box cover and seat are loose.
    ⑥ The installation of the air inlet and outlet pipes of the fan is not good, and vibration occurs.
    不 The rotor is unbalanced.
    2. The temperature of the bearing is too high ① The bearing box vibrates violently.
    ② Poor lubricating quality, deterioration, or excessive filling with impurities such as dust, sand, dirt, etc.
    ③ The tightening force of the bearing box cover and seat connection bolt is too large or too small.
    ④ The shaft and rolling bearing are installed at an angle, and the front and rear bearings are not aligned.
    ⑤ The rolling bearing is damaged.
    3. The motor current is too high and the temperature rise is too high ① The gate or throttle in the intake duct is not closed when driving.
    ② The flow exceeds the specified value or the air pipe is leaking.
    ③ The density of the gas delivered by the fan is too large, which makes the pressure too large.
    ④ The input voltage of the motor is too low or the single-phase power supply is cut off.
    ⑤ Affected by the severe vibration of the bearing box.
    4. The belt slides off. The two pulleys are not on the center line of each other, so that the belt slides off the small pulley.
    5. The belt jumps. The two pulleys are too close or the belt is too long.
