Installation and maintenance of 9-26 high pressure centrifugal fan

Before installation: All parts of the fan should be thoroughly inspected, whether the parts are complete, whether the direction of rotation of the impeller and the casing is consistent, and whether the parts are tightly connected. Whether impeller, main shaft, bearing and other main parts are damaged, and whether the transmission group is flexible.
During installation: Pay attention to check the cabinet. There should be no tools or sundries falling or left in the cabinet. In order to prevent rust and reduce disassembly difficulties on some joint surfaces, a layer of grease or mechanical oil should be applied. The fan and the foundation are fully integrated. When the air inlet and outlet pipes are connected, adjust to make them fit naturally. Do not force the connection. Do not add the weight of the pipe to the fan components, and pay attention to ensure the horizontal position of the fan.
Installation requirements:
(1) Install according to the position and size shown in the drawing. In order to ensure high efficiency, especially the axial clearance and radial clearance dimensions of the air inlet and outlet and the impeller.
(2) Test the transmission group after installation to check whether it is too tight or colliding with the fixed part.
(3) After the installation is completed and the general inspection is qualified, the test run of the fan can be performed.
In order to prevent the motor from being overloaded and burned, when the fan is started, it must be carried out under no load (close the air inlet valve and the air outlet valve is slightly open). If the condition is good, gradually open the valve until the specified operating conditions. The current should be strictly controlled during operation and must not exceed the rated value.
Operation of the fan:
(1) Before starting the fan, perform the following preparations: a. Close the air inlet valve and open the air outlet valve slightly. b. Check the gap size of each part of the fan, and check whether there is collision and friction between the rotating part and the fixed part.
(2) When the fan reaches normal speed when starting, the bearing should be checked regularly during operation. When there is no special requirement for the shaft temperature, the temperature rise of the bearing must not exceed the ambient temperature of 40 ° C; 6.3m / s. If it is found that the fan has severe vibration, impact, and rapid rise in bearing temperature, it must be stopped immediately.

1. Precautions for maintenance of fans:
a. It can only run when the fan equipment is completely normal.
b. If the fan equipment is started after maintenance, pay attention to whether all parts of the fan are normal.
C. Regularly remove dust, dirt and other impurities inside the fan, and prevent rust.
d. In order to ensure personal safety, the maintenance of the fan must be carried out while stopping.
2. Attentions for normal fan operation:
a. In the process of fan driving, stopping or running, if abnormality is found, it should be checked immediately. If there is a small fault, the cause should be found in time to eliminate it. If a major fault is found, it should be stopped for maintenance immediately.
b. Except that the lubricant should be replaced after each inspection, the lubricant is normally changed according to the actual situation.

1. The fan vibrates violently. The fan shaft and the motor shaft are not concentric, and the pulley grooves are misaligned.
Friction between the casing or the air inlet and the impeller;
The stiffness of the foundation is insufficient or weak;
Impeller rivets loose or deformed;
The impeller shaft disc hole is loose with the shaft
Loose connection bolts of housing, bearing housing and bracket, bearing housing and bearing cover
Insufficient installation of fan inlet and outlet pipelines, causing resonance
The blade has ash deposits, dirt, blade wear, impeller deformation, shaft bending and other reasons that make the rotor imbalance.
2. The bearing temperature rises too high.
Lubricant is of poor quality, deteriorates or contains impurities such as dust, sand, dirt, etc., or the filling amount is insufficient;
The tightening force of the bearing box cover and seat connecting bolt is too large or too small;
The shaft and the rolling bearing are installed at an angle, and the front and rear axes are not concentric;
Damaged rolling bearings or bent shafts.
3. When the motor current is too high or the temperature rise is too high, the gates of the inlet and outlet pipes are not closed when driving;
Low motor input voltage or single phase power failure
Affected by severe vibration of the bearing box
Spindle speed exceeded rated value.
