9-19 Series High Pressure Centrifugal Fan Installation Guide


1. Before installation, check whether the impeller and casing are deformed smoothly due to transportation, and check whether the joints are fastened; otherwise, they can be installed and used after being repaired.
2. The inlet and outlet of the fan should have sufficient strength, rigidity, stability and durability.
3. The fan must be installed tightly and must be installed using the anchor bolt holes of the fan or motor.
4. It is strictly forbidden to use the inlet and outlet flanges as the mounting force. The weight of the air duct should be supported by rigid support.
5. If there is an elbow or a sudden change in the section of the pipe within twice the diameter of the wind wheel before and after the air inlet and outlet, the pipe resistance will increase sharply and should be avoided if possible.
6. The power supply must ensure three-phase balance without defects. The voltage can fluctuate within ± 5% of the rated voltage.
7. Professionals must be responsible for motor wiring to ensure correct wiring.
8. Fatal damage caused by sundries entering the fan should be considered during installation, and corresponding protective parts should be provided.
9. It is best to increase the air volume adjustment valve in the pipe network system in order to adjust the operating point of the fan.

1. Before using the fan, first check whether there are any items in the fan and pipeline that hinder the rotation.
2. Before the wind turbine is officially used, it must be tested and the following items must be determined:
A. The wiring is correct. B. There is no abnormal noise from the fan. C. Power is not overloaded
D. The direction of fan rotation is the same as marked. E. Fully open the test machine for no more than 3 minutes.
3. The fan can't be used under the condition that the air inlet and outlet are not connected to the pipeline, otherwise the motor will be burned due to overload.
6. Gases delivered:
(1) No sticky substances are allowed.
(2) The dusty hard particles contained in the medium cannot be more than 150mg / m3.
7. The fan cannot be started and stopped too frequently, otherwise the motor will be burned.
8. Do not allow sundries to block the air inlet and outlet of the motor cooling fan and the cooling teeth on the surface of the motor to prevent the motor from being burned due to poor heat dissipation of the motor.
9.Regularly clean up the dust and oil on the surface of the wind wheel to prevent the vibration of the wind wheel from being damaged due to damage to the dynamic balance of the wind wheel.

Common failures and causes of 9-19 series high pressure centrifugal fans


1.The fan vibrates violently
(1) The fan shaft is not concentric with the motor shaft and the pulley grooves are misaligned
(2) The friction between the casing or the air inlet and the impeller;
(3) The stiffness of the foundation is insufficient or not strong;
(4) Loose or deformed impeller rivets;
(5) Looseness of the impeller shaft disc hole and shaft;
(6) Loose bolts such as housing, bearing housing and bracket, bearing housing and bearing cover;
(7) Poor installation of fan inlet and outlet pipelines, causing resonance;
(8) The blade has ash, dirt, blade wear, impeller deformation, shaft bending and other reasons that make the rotor unbalanced.

2, bearing temperature rise is too high
(1) Vibration of the bearing box;
(2) The quality of the lubricant is not good, it is deteriorated or contains impurities such as dust, sand, dirt, etc.
(3) The tightening force of bearing box cover and seat connecting bolt is too large or too small;
(4) The shaft and rolling bearing are installed at an angle, and the front and rear axes are not concentric;
(5). The rolling bearing is damaged or the shaft is bent.

3.The motor current is too large or the temperature rise is too high
(1) The gates of the inlet and outlet pipes are not closed when driving;
(2) Low motor input voltage or single-phase power failure;
(3) Affected by the severe vibration of the bearing box;
(4) The spindle speed exceeds the rated value.
