  • I. Features and uses
    The 4-72 type centrifugal fan can be used for indoor ventilation and ventilation of general factories and large buildings, and transports air and other non-self-igniting, harmless to human body, and non-corrosive steel materials. B4-72 type ventilator can be used for ventilation of flammable volatile gas. Viscous substances are not allowed in the gas, and the dust and hard particles are not more than 150mg / m 3 . The gas temperature must not exceed 80 o C.
    The performance and options of the B4-72 fan and the size of the foundation are consistent with the 4-72 type, which can be selected according to its sample. The structure of the fan is basically the same as that of the 4-72 type. No2.8 ~ 6A adopts B35 type motor with flange and foot. No6 ~ 12C and D motors use the YB series corresponding to the Y series in this table. The installation type is B3 .

    The outlet position of the fan is indicated by the outlet angle of the casing. 4-72 type fan: №2.8 air outlet position adjustment range 0 ° ~ 225 °, the interval is 45 °. №3.2 ~ 6 The position of the air outlet can be adjusted from 0 ° to 225 °, and the interval is 22.5 °. №8 ~ 12 air outlet position adjustment range is 0 ° ~ 225 °, the interval is 45 °. №16, 20 air outlet positions are made of three fixed types: 0 °, 90 °, 180 °, which cannot be adjusted. Please specify when ordering.
    In type 4-72, №2.8 ~ 6 uses A-type transmission, №8 ~ 12 uses C and D type transmission, and №16 ~ 20 uses B type transmission.
    №2.8 ~ 6 of 4-72 type fan are mainly composed of direct-connected motors such as impeller, casing and air inlet. №8 ~ 20 include transmission parts in addition to the above.
    Fourth, the installation and use of the fan < br 安装 Before installation, first prepare the installation materials and tools, and check the parts of the fan. The impeller, the main shaft and the bearings should be inspected particularly carefully. If damage is found, it should be repaired, and then the inside of the bearing box should be cleaned with kerosene.
    The following points must be noted during the installation operation:
    1. On some joints, in order to prevent rust and reduce the difficulty of disassembly, some grease and mechanical oil should be applied.
    2. When attaching the bolts on the joint surface, if there is a positioning pin, the pin should be installed before tightening the bolt.
    3. Check that there are no tools or debris falling into the cabinet and other housings.
    Installation requirements:
    1. When installing the fan, the weight of the gas pipeline should not be added to the casing. Pay attention to the gap between the air inlet and the impeller, and keep the shaft horizontal.
    2. When installing the air inlet duct, you can directly use the bolt connection of the air inlet itself. At this time, the air inlet is fixed by three countersunk screws.
    3. When the air outlet is installed at an angle, the rear cover is properly rotated to keep the label in a horizontal position.
    4. When installing №8 ~ 12D fan, use a dial indicator and feeler gauge to measure the coaxiality of the fan main shaft and the motor shaft and the non-parallelism of the two ends of the coupling. The tolerance of the non-parallelism of the two axes is 0.05mm. The tolerance of the non-parallelism of the coupling end face is 0.1mm.
    5. After the fan is installed, move the rotor by hand or lever to check whether there is overtightness or collision. Only test the rotation without these phenomena.
    6. After the motor is installed, install pulleys, couplings, and guards. If the air inlet is not connected to the air inlet duct, add protective nets or other safety devices (user-supplied).
    The power of the motor used by the fan refers to the power required under the specific working conditions, plus the mechanical loss and the reserve that should be in place, when the air outlet is fully open. If the outlet or inlet of the fan is run dry without being connected to the pipeline or without external resistance, the motor may be burned. For safety reasons, a valve should be added to the fan's outlet or inlet pipeline, and it should be closed when the motor is started, and the valve should be slowly opened after running until the specified operating conditions are reached, and pay attention to whether the motor current exceeds the specified value.
    V. Fan maintenance ㈠ Fan maintenance work system Fan maintenance personnel must pay attention to the following points:
    1. Operate only when the fan equipment is completely normal.
    2. If the fan adjusting equipment starts after maintenance, please pay attention to whether the parts of the fan are normal.
    3. Regularly remove dust, dirt, water and other impurities inside the fan and gas transmission pipeline, and prevent rust.
    4. The cleaning of fan equipment must not be carried out during operation.
    注意 Precautions during normal fan operation
    1. If it is found that the flow is too large, does not meet the requirements for use, or a small flow is required in a short period of time, it can be adjusted with a throttle device.
    2. Regularly check the sensitivity of the thermometer and oil gauge.
    3. When the fan is running, stopping or running, if abnormality is found, it should be checked immediately.
    4. For minor faults found during inspection, the cause should be promptly identified, and measures should be taken to eliminate or deal with them. If minor faults cannot be eliminated, or major faults are found, they should be repaired immediately.
    5. In addition to replacing the lubricant after each disassembly, the lubricant should also be changed regularly.

    ⑤ The impeller shaft disc and shaft are loose, and the coupling bolts move.
    ⑥ The connecting bolts such as casing and bracket, bearing box and bracket, bearing box cover and seat are loose.
    不良 The air inlet and outlet pipes of the fan are badly installed.
    不 The rotor is unbalanced.
    ⑨ The pipe network is too thin and the wind speed is too fast.
    2. The temperature of the bearing is too high ① The bearing box vibrates violently.
    ② The quality of bearing lubricating grease is bad, deteriorated, and contains impurities such as dust, sticky sand and dirt.
    ③ The tightening force of the bearing box cover and seat connection bolt is too large or too small.
    ④ The shaft and rolling bearing are installed at an angle, and the front and rear bearings are not aligned.
    ⑤ The rolling bearing is damaged.
    3. The motor current is too high and the temperature rise is too high ① The gate or throttle in the intake pipe is not closed tightly when driving.
    ② The flow exceeds the specified value or the air pipe is leaking.
    ③ The density of air conveyed by the fan is too large, which makes the pressure too large.
    ④ The motor input voltage is too low or the single-phase power supply is powered off.
    ⑤ The coupling is not properly connected, the aprons are too tight or the gaps are uneven.
    ⑥ Affected by the severe vibration of the bearing box.
