During the operation of the unit, the joints should always be checked for tightness, whether the vibration of the unit and bearings exceeds the standard, whether the unit's sound is normal, whether the temperature rise of the bearing is stable, and whether the temperature rise, vibration and noise of the motor are abnormal. If necessary, it should be stopped for maintenance until it can resume operation.
It is strictly forbidden for the unit to work under surge conditions. Its performance is one-second-per-hour, which is similar to the rapid vibration of the entire machine, and has great destructive power. For example, long-term surge may cause the unit to be scrapped. When surge occurs, the outlet valve should be quickly enlarged to make the unit quickly out of the surge area. When the outlet valve is opened to the maximum, the surge phenomenon still exists. For the system resistance to be too large, so that the blower runs in the surge area, the system must be changed. A hole of φ100 ～ φ200 can be opened at a suitable position of the outlet pipe. The method is as follows: The small holes are gradually cut toward the large holes until the surge is eliminated.

The timely maintenance and repair of the lubrication system, the use of clean lubricating oil, and sufficient lubrication of the bearing parts are important measures to ensure the extension of the fan's service life. During the initial use of the fan, pay attention to check whether the oil has deteriorated; whether there is moisture, pay attention to check that the lubricating oil in the oil chamber should not be less than one-half of the required, so as to avoid lack of oil after startup. However, too much oil in the oil chamber cannot cause the bearing temperature to be too high.
Note that you must use lithium grease or molybdenum disulfide oil, and never use calcium grease.
