I. Uses and characteristics Y9-38 and Y8-39 boiler centrifugal induced draft fans are the most advanced type of high-efficiency energy-saving fans in China, and they are widely used for burning various coals and equipped with dust removal devices (1 ~ 35T / h) supporting industrial boiler design. The fan has the advantages of high efficiency, wide working range in the high-efficiency zone, economical operation, stable and reliable, and low noise. The medium conveyed by the induced draft fan is flue gas, and the highest temperature for conveying it must not exceed 250 ° C. Before the inlet of the induced draft fan, a dust removal device with a dust removal efficiency of not less than 85% must be configured, which is conducive to improving the service life of the induced fan.

3. Type and structure进 气 The air intake method of the induced draft fan is single suction, of which the machine number is divided into 13 specifications each of №4 ~ №16.
引 The induced draft fan can be made into two types: clockwise rotation or counterclockwise rotation. When viewed from one end of the motor, clockwise rotation of the impeller when it is working is called clockwise rotation of the fan, and it is expressed in clockwise rotation;
位置 The position of the air outlet of the fan can be made into different types according to user needs.
风机 The transmission mode of the fan is D type. The motor and fan are connected by a coupling.
The fan is mainly composed of impeller, casing, air inlet, regulating door and transmission group.
4. Installation, adjustment and trial operation of the fan <br安装 Before installation, the installation materials and tools should be prepared, and the parts of the fan should be inspected, and the impeller, main shaft and bearings should be inspected in detail. If damage is found, it should be repaired, and then the inside of the bearing box should be cleaned with kerosene.
The following points must be noted during the installation process:
1. On some joint surfaces, in order to prevent rust and reduce disassembly difficulties, grease or mechanical oil should be applied.
2. When positioning the bolts on the joint surface, if there are positioning pins, the positioning pins should be installed well, and then tighten the bolts.
3. Check the inside of the cabinet and other components. There should be no tools or sundries falling into it.
要求 Installation requirements
1. Install according to the position and size shown in the drawing. In order to obtain high efficiency, it is especially necessary to ensure the size of the gap between the air inlet and the impeller.
2. Ensure the horizontal position of the main shaft, and measure the concentricity of the fan main shaft and the motor shaft and the non-parallelism of the two ends of the coupling. The coaxiality of the two axes is not greater than 0.05mm, and the parallelism of the two ends of the coupling is not greater than 0.05mm.
3. When installing the adjusting door, be careful not to install it in the opposite direction. Make sure that the direction of the intake air is consistent with the direction of rotation of the impeller.
4. After the fan is installed, pull the rotor by hand or lever to check whether it is too tight or colliding with the fixed part.
5. When installing fan inlet and outlet pipes, the weight should not be added to the casing.
6. After all installations, conduct a general inspection to see if they meet the requirements, and then run the test.
的 Trial operation of the fan The mechanical operation test should first be run under no load (close the gate or regulating door in the air inlet duct). If the running condition is good, then continue to run under the rated load (specified full pressure and flow rate) for a specified time. If there is no abnormal phenomenon, it can be put into use after passing inspection.
The continuous operation time under rated conditions is not less than half an hour for repair and installation test run and not less than two hours for new installation test run.
V. Operation of the fan风机 Operating rules:
Before the fan is started, the following preparations should be performed:
① Close the adjustment door.
② Check the clearance size of each part of the fan, and check whether there is any collision or friction between the rotating part and the fixed part.
③ In the radial direction of the impeller and near the coupling, no one is allowed to stand to avoid danger. The coupling should be equipped with a protective cover.
④ Check if the oil level of the bearing is between *** low and *** high.
⑤ Check whether the electrical circuits and meters are correct.
⑥ Check whether the cooling part is normal.
When the fan starts and reaches normal speed, gradually open the regulating door until the specified load. The temperature rise of the bearing during operation must not be higher than 40 ° C, and the highest temperature should be lower than 80 ° C.
㈡ Emergency stop:
① The fan has severe noise;
② The temperature of the bearing rises sharply;
③ The fan experienced severe vibration and impact.
6. Maintenance of the fan 的 Note:
1. It can only run when the fan equipment is completely normal.
2. If the fan equipment is started after maintenance, pay attention to whether the parts of the fan are normal.
3. In the process of driving, stopping or running the fan, if any abnormality is found, it should be checked immediately.
4. For minor faults found during inspection, the cause should be identified in time to try to eliminate them, or major faults should be immediately repaired.
5. Lubricating oil should be replaced after each disassembly, and it should be replaced once every 3 to 6 months under normal circumstances.
的 Main failures and causes of fans:
During the operation of the fan, some failures may occur. The causes of the failures must be quickly identified and eliminated in time to prevent accidents.
The main faults of the fan are:
1. The bearing box vibrates violently ① The fan shaft and the motor shaft are not concentric, and the coupling is installed crookedly;
② Friction between the casing or the air inlet and the impeller;
③ The stiffness of the foundation is insufficient or not strong;
④ The impeller rivet is loose or the impeller is deformed;
⑤ The impeller shaft disc and shaft are loose, and the coupling bolts are loose;
⑥ The connection bolts of the casing and the bracket, the bearing box and the bracket, the bearing box cover and the seat are loose;
不良 Insufficient installation of the air inlet and outlet pipes of the fan, causing vibration;
不 Unbalanced rotor;
引 Induced fan blades are worn.
2. The bearing temperature is too high ① The bearing box vibrates violently;
② The quality of grease is unqualified, or it is filled too much or contains impurities such as dust, sand, dirt, etc .;
③ The tightening force of the connecting bolt between the bearing box cover and the bearing seat is too large or too small;
④ The shaft and rolling bearing are installed at an angle, and the front and rear bearings are not concentric;
⑤ The rolling bearing is damaged.
3. The motor current is too high and the temperature rise is too high ① The gate or throttle in the intake duct is not closed when driving;
② The flow exceeds the specified value;
③ The density of air conveyed by the fan is too large, which makes the pressure too large;
④ The input voltage of the motor is too low or the single-phase power supply is cut off;
⑤ The coupling is incorrectly connected;
⑥ Affected by the severe vibration of the bearing box.
Seven, ordering instructions <br /> When ordering, the model, speed, flow rate, full pressure, outlet angle and direction of rotation of the fan, as well as the model, power and speed of the fan must be indicated.
